Little Leaves Necklace Tutorial
by Leanne
Jewelry, books, and things in miniature: what’s not to love about this mini book necklace!?
More accurately, these are blank journals that can actually be used (that is, if you keep your writing small enough.) They are fun to stitch and can literally be made from scraps.

You will need:
- paper (one sheet cut into pieces measuring 1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″)
- leather or vinyl scraps (cut into a piece measuring 2 1/4″ x 1″)
- chain
- clasps and jump rings
- needle nose pliers
- scissors
- thread
- needle
- beeswax

Just changing the materials and/or size can enable you to create a wide range of different necklaces. I used a russet-colored leather, cotton rag paper, and a brass chain.
